On December 5th, I finished the second draft of my first novel.
It’s terrible of course, I am going to edit it a few more times (it is way too long at 140k words). But happy to reach this milestone after starting this scrappy book in 2020 and putting it down a year or two, working diligently but distractedly as is my way.
I have about 20 short stories that I will continue editing and submitting to journals over the next year as well.
